More Than a Restaurant. A Place to Meet Humans. Welcome to Humans Negombo, a restaurant founded by my husband and me at Seaport Hotel, Negombo, Sri Lanka. I’m Kushlani Wimalaguna, a paediatric holistic vision therapist, optometrist, entrepreneur, and someone who believes that the way we see people can transform the way we experience life. My husband and I created Humans around a simple idea: the world needs more places where people genuinely connect. We live in a time when we can connect with thousands of people online, yet finding the right people to share a meal, exchange ideas, build friendships, or explore opportunities with can still be surprisingly difficult. We wanted to create a place that brings people together naturally, through something humans have loved for centuries: good food, good drinks, and great company. Come for the Food.
